Opening of the Artothek Pavilion featuring the multi-channel video installation Pitch Invaders by Sofia Dona. The multi-channel video installation on ten LED screens show rarely seen archival footage from FIFA and the Bundesliga, revealing how pitch invaders are systematically kept outside the televised frame.
The new Artothek Pavilion in the courtyard of Burgstraße 4 will become a special public art pavilion for five weeks. It invites visitors to enjoy screen printing, art events, workshops, conversations, and simply time to reflect on what you have seen.
