Performance "Die Rendezvous mit (…)"

In “Die Rendezvous mit (…)”, everyday flows of movement at transit locations in Munich’s city center are examined, with a focus on the subway tracks of lines U3/U6 at Marienplatz. The performance is conceived as a slow loop and repeats continuously: performers move through escalators, corridors, and emergency exits in choreografic sequences.

The work is interested in a shift in temporality and attention, a slowing down and a reframing. An attempt to redirect the focus toward gentle moments of possible encounter, subtle crossings of stranger’s paths, and something shared that often remains unnoticed.

Location: Marienplatz subway station – escalators to the subway concourse and mirrored walkway parallel to the U3/U6 lines toward Sendlinger Tor
